User Access System

User Access System (UAS) allows authorized approvers to grant, revoke, or make adjustments to what a user can access within PlanView Portal.

Your Dashboard

The UAS Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of all users and the tools they can use in PlanView Portal.

By default, you’ll see Active users in your table. Click the“Pending” and “Inactive” tabs to view other users.

Use the search bar to quickly find an associate by name oremail. Click on an associate’s last name to be taken to theirindividual UAS profile.

Adjust User Permissions

  1. On the Dashboard, click on a user's name to be taken to their profile.
  2. Choose the correct plan name in the left Plan Selector sidebar.
  3. If your desired plan is not already in the list, use the "Add Plan" search bar or dropdown menu (you may see either depending on your access) to find and add it.
  4. Once the plan is selected, toggle "Plan Access" switch to "On."
  5. Once the access is turned on, you'll see detailed settings for each of the tools on the PlanView Portal. Make your selections using the "On/Off" toggles and dropdown menus, then click "Submit Updates" to update.

Approve Access

  1. Navigate to the "Pending" tab on your dashboard and click on a user's name.
  2. On their profile page, click "Review Requests" to view all requests.
  3. Switch Plan Access to "On." Once access is turned on, you'll see detailed settings for each of the tools. Make your selection using the On/Off toggles and dropdown menus, then click "Save" to update.
  4. If a user's access is not approved, see instructions to "Deactivate User" below. 

Remove a User's Access

From the dashboard:

Select the three dots (ooo) menu next to a user's name and click "Remove Access."

From a user's profile:

Click "Remove Access" at the top right of their profile.

This user will no longer be able to log in to the PlanView Portal.
