Duplicate a User

Duplicating a user will copy their exact plan and tool permissions over to a new user.

Step 1

On your Dashboard, click the three dots menu next to a user’s name and select “Duplicate Access.” Alternatively, you can click the “Duplicate Access” button on an individual user’s profile page.

Step 2

Read and select the “Next” button to confirm you are going to copy the permissions from the appropriate user.

Step 3

Enter the personal details about the new user you want to create, along with their Access Role. Click “Next.”

Step 4

a. You’ll see a preview of a profile page for the new user you’re creating. Here, you can make any needed adjustments to tool access.

b. When you’re ready to save your selections, click the “Create New User” button in the bottom right of your screen.

Step 5

a. Confirm that you have reviewed and approved all settings.

b. An email link will be sent to your new user. They will need to click the link and complete the account registration process within seven days. If the newly added user is unable to access the link within the allotted time, please contact the T. Rowe Price Help Desk at 1-800-639-8552 to have the email and link resent.
