Your Plan Activity dashboard allows you to monitor and manage all requests across Plan and Participant Inquiries, Loan Delinquency Reports, and Call Logs.
You can also use Plan Activity to submit requests to your Internal Service Team.
Click the Submit Request drop-down in the top right of the menu to create a new inquiry.
Click on any request or task name to open the item and view full details.
Approval/Review Needed items: Projects and tasks that are ready for your review will appear here.
Latest Updates: Recent comments and activity across all projects will appear here. Click the title to be taken directly to the project.
Your Requests and Call Logs table shows all items in Plan Activity. Use quick link tiles and filters to customize your display.
