SFDR DISCLOSURE
28-Feb-2025 - David Eiswert, Portfolio Manager,
It is hard to know how the continually shifting stated policies of the Trump administration will affect global dynamics, supply chains, regulation, and inflation. We acknowledge the rising risk of a mild recession as government spending in the US is likely to decline, but this could be offset by increased spending in Europe and Japan.

Fund Summary
We look for companies that we believe have the potential for improving economic returns in the future and that we can buy at an attractive price. In a world of secular change, this means understanding the forces enhancing or erasing durable competitive advantage to correctly identify the winners and losers ahead of the market. The promotion of environmental and/or social characteristics is achieved through the fund's commitment to maintain at least 10% of the value of its portfolio invested in Sustainable Investments, as defined by the SFDR. Additionally, we apply a proprietary responsible screen (exclusion list). The manager is not constrained by the fund’s benchmark, which is used for performance comparison purposes only.
Performance (Class I)

28-Feb-2025 - David Eiswert, Portfolio Manager,
Global equities modestly lost ground in February. Markets were volatile amid heightened uncertainty as investors were concerned about how the new Trump administration would affect global economic growth, trade, and geopolitical relationships. Within the portfolio, information technology names weighed the most on relative returns. Shares of a semiconductor chip maker were pressured by uncertainty over likely US trade policies as well as concerns about signs of deceleration in artificial intelligence (AI)-related demand. Despite recent volatility, we think the firm has a number of compelling catalysts that should drive growth over the near and long term, including a long tail for demand related to AI, high-performance smartphones, and high-performance computing. On the positive side, our stock picks in health care boosted relative results. Shares of a biopharmaceutical company rose over the month as investors reacted to solid quarterly earnings and guidance. Overall, weaker-than-expected sales numbers for its GLP-1 agonists were offset by the company’s non-GLP-1 drug franchises. Despite recent weakness in GLP-1 sales, we still think the company will continue to see expansive growth driven by its top-notch portfolio of GLP-1 weight loss drugs and robust pipeline outside of GLP-1s.
31-Dec-2023 - David Eiswert, Portfolio Manager,
We are underweight consumer staples as we feel that many companies are losing their traditional distribution strength. We also find the sector broadly expensive. Recently, we meaningfully reduced our allocation here and are being very selective about what we own, especially given the rising use of GLP-1 obesity drugs that could pressure demand for food staples. We are focused on high-quality companies with low debt that we think can deliver volume growth and margin expansion with a mix of durable growth companies and more idiosyncratic ideas that we believe are on the right side of change or currently out of favour.
