Tala Boulos is an associate portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Strategy in the Fixed Income Division. She is a vice president of  T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Tala’s investment experience began in 2006, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning as an emerging markets corporate credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. Her role later expanded to also include sovereign analysis for the Middle East region. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed by Deutsche Bank in London as a senior credit analyst covering corporate and financials in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Tala started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she worked as a credit research analyst for five years. 

Tala earned a B.Sc. in mathematics from Imperial College London.
