Dawei Feng is a portfolio manager of the International Small-Cap Equity Strategy in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited.

Dawei's investment experience began in 2008, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning in the Investment Equity department. Prior to this, he was head of China Consumer Research with Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia in Hong Kong.

Dawei earned a B.Eng. in electrical engineering and applied mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an M.Sc. in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.Sc. in supply chain management from the National University of Singapore. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
