Charlie Hill is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. He manages the US Municipal Short-Term Bond, US Municipal Short/Intermediate-Term Bond, and US Municipal Intermediate-Term Bond Strategies. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Tax-Free Short-Intermediate Fund, Summit Municipal Funds, State Tax-Free Funds, Tax-Free High Yield Fund, and Tax-Free Income Fund. He also is member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Summit Municipal Intermediate, Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond, Summit Municipal Income, Maryland Tax-Free Money, and Virginia Tax-Free Bond Funds. Charlie is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Charlie’s investment experience began in 1986, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1991, beginning in the Fixed Income Division as a municipal trader. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Charlie was employed by Riggs National Bank, managing municipal bond funds.

Charlie earned a B.S. in management from Guilford College. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
