Dawn Mueller is a portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. She supports the municipal bond strategies, working closely with clients, prospects, and consultants. Dawn is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Dawn's investment experience began in 2000, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Dawn was employed by Edward Jones as a senior analyst and team leader, conducting mutual fund research in fixed income. She also covered the financial services industry in equity research. 

Dawn earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration and finance from the University of Missouri. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
