He is portfolio manager of the Global Aggregate Bond, Global Government Bond, and Global Government Bond ex-Japan Strategies and co-portfolio manager of the Dynamic Global Bond Strategy. Quentin cochairs the Global Interest Rate and Currency Policy Week Meetings. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.
