Roy Adkins is an emerging market credit analyst responsible for analysis of African and Middle Eastern sovereign nations in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Roy's investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Roy was employed by African Development Bank in the office of the U.S. executive director. Before that, Roy was employed by the U.S. Treasury Department of International Affairs, providing analytical coverage of emerging markets.

Roy earned a B.A. from Kenyon College and an M.A. in law and diplomacy from Tufts University, The Fletcher School.
