Anna Dreyer is a co-portfolio manager of the Total Return Bond, US Core Plus, US Core Bond, and US Investment Grade Core Bond Strategies. Anna is cochair of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Total Return Fund, Total Return ETF, and New Income Fund and a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the QM U.S. Bond Index Fund and Q.M. U.S. Bond ETF. She is a member of the Core/Core Plus Portfolio Strategy team and the Multi-Asset Credit Investment team and is cochair of the Sector Strategy Advisory Group. Anna is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Anna has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, beginning as a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. Since then, Anna has worked as an associate director of research in the Multi-Asset Division, as a portfolio manager of the Managed Volatility strategy suite in the Multi-Asset Division, and as head of Fixed Income Quantitative Risk and Portfolio Construction research in the Fixed Income Division.

Anna earned a B.S. and an M.Eng. in electrical engineering and computer science, with a minor in economics, and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
