Transfer an UGMA/UTMA

Consolidate existing UGMA/UTMAs into one easy-to-manage taxable account

Opening an account takes 5-10 minutes:
  1. Provide basic investment details
    This helps us tailor your investment options.
  2. Choose Mutual Funds for your Transfer
    Research Mutual Funds or switch to transfer a Brokerage UGMA/UTMA account to invest in ETFs, stocks, and other securities.
  3. Provide personal details for yourself and the minor
    We'll use these to secure and verify your account.
  4. Move assets into your new account
    Once your account is established, complete the Mutual Fund Transfer form from the confirmation page and mail it in.
You will need:
  • A minimum of $1,000
  • Social Security numbers
  • Permanent U.S. residence for you and the beneficiary
