Salary Deferrals Allowed:

Salary deferrals up to $22,500 ($30,000 if age 50 or older) in 2023 and $23,000 ($30,500 if age 50 or older) in 2024.

Employer Fees: Fixed pricing model that makes it easy to estimate the direct fees for our services. Fees vary by plan. Direct fees consist of the following components: a one-time setup fee, an annual plan recordkeeping fee, and an annual per-participant recordkeeping fee.
Reporting/Compliance Requirements: Annual IRS Form 5500 and special IRS-required nondiscrimination testing to ensure plan doesn't favor highly compensated employees, if applicable.
